Most of our standard ites are in stock in Holland. After we received your order we will check our stock. In case we don’t have your item in stock we will contact you and offer a good alternative, or let you know when the bouncer will be available again.

After we received your signed order and payment our forwarder will deliver your bouncy castle within 2-3 workdays.

We can only send the goods when we received the full amount of the invoice on our bank account. It is not possible to pay after delivery. We don’t accept creditcards.

All the bouncers and survival tracks we produce will be approved according tot he NEN EN14960. With your product you will receive a certificate, a log to keep inspections and maintenance and the users instructions. It is very important that the bouncer or survival track will be used according to the guidelines.

Jump Factory has it’s own repair workshop in Holland. All our items are sold including 5 years warrantee on the used fabric and production defects. So in most cases repair will be free. The only thing you need to arrange is the transport to our workshop and back.

Unfortunately it is not possible to rent a bouncer from us. We are only focussed on production and sales of our products.

It is possible to come over and check out the product you like to buy. Let us know in which model(s) you are interested and we will arrange an appointment to check it. After this it is also possible to take your bouncer home.

It is not possible to trade in a second-hand item or buy used items from us. We only focus on the sales of new items.
